I do Sandra's exercises almost every day early in the morning when the kids are still asleep. This is a time only for me. I'm Sandra Laznik, a professor of sports education (University of Sport, Ljubljana, Slovenia), independent service provider at world’s most luxurious hotels, resorts and spas (Jumeirah, Six Senses, Soneva Group, St. Regis), yoga teacher, pilates instructor and taoistic and tantric practitioner of sacred femininity.

I exchanged school gyms for tropical countries and work in the hospitality industry since 2012. When I'm not at a lush Maldivian resort, I help women get out of their negative thinking with two of my favourite medicines: yoga & orgasms.
